I have a new computer with explorer 9 and I have a cac card reader.

I can not log into any websites with the cac reader. I pick a certificate and put in my pin, and then it just says can not display website. I have tried everything and brought the laptop into the IT guys at my command and no one has a clue.

I have reloaded the software and cleared caches put the tsl etc The "experts" at work know much more than me and it baffles them. They said it is probably a setting!?!!?

But which setting, where? The reader and software work fine on my old computer with explorer 8.
