This is another company that is not being honest about who they say they are, who really owns and controls them, as I will demonstrate with some email content. The following describes the problems I have had with PremiereTrade as well as some good. PremiereTrade is a company out of Altamonte Springs, Florida who markets software, books, magazines, stock market trading information and alerts services.

They say is it owned buy James Dicks, who was the founder of 4X Made Easy at Globaltec but I am not too sure that is true. I first heard about PremiereTrade when I attended one of their free classes on Forex. The class was taught by Scott Norris, who is an excellent instructor, and appears to know what he is doing.

He demonstrated that trading the Forex market involved more than a software program using red and green arrows of buying and selling pressure in the market. He showed how it is critical to know how to to read charts accurately and predict trends, how to find support and resistance, and how to predict trends as well as all kinds of other factors related to trends.

At that class I signed up for a trial of Premieretrade's alerts service for the Forex market. I had some problems with figuring out how to make that work and they did give me a 2nd. After that my trading partner got the service for a month free so we could evaluate it. That evaluation showed that their trading teams were able to make positive trades however something stood out.

During the period of June through Dec the 4X ME team lost a lot of pips over all and their PremiereTrade team gained a lot of pips in their alerts. They had other trading styles or teams that made pips during this time period also. I don't know if this was a deliberate act to sabotage 4X Made Easy, and promote their service or not, but I suspect the latter. I ordered it and it was supposed to have been delivered by a certain date but was actually delivered approximately a month later.

I tried to cancel the order, when it was late, but they would not let me. Forex Made Easy, 6 ways to trade the dollar. In reading that book I found a major mistake on page On page 65 he says that descending triangles are bullish patterns that indicate that buyers are accumulating the currency pair and it could break out to higher prices in the short term.

That stood out like a sore thumb to an amature like myself because on page 63 he had just said that was true for an ascending triangle. I called PremiereTrade and somebody there confirmed it was a mistake. Consequently I lost interest in reading the book and have never finished it. I got a subscription to James Dicks The Active Investor magazine.

I noticed the ads in it for 4X Made Easy and PremiereTrade, and also the websites, for each looked very much alike. So much alike I suspected they were one and the same company. I called and asked but was told no that was not true, but they couldn't, or wouldn't, answer why they were so much alike.

What is strange is that in all the classes I have attended by PremiereTrade they bad mouth programs that use red and green arrows to tell when to make a trade, one in particular, that being 4X Made Easy. Other programs use them but with other indicators to confirm the trade is good or not based on more than buying and selling pressure only which is all 4X Made Easy does. PremiereTradeAI is their software program for evaluating Stocks, Options, Mutual Funds and Forex.

It is a program that, if they get it competed, and it ever does what they say it does, correctly, will be a great program. However it is nowhere near that quality yet. As yet they don't have a search capability to find trades that meet criteria for good trades. Other programs such as Invest Tools, Teach Me To Trade, Star Trader and others do have. Globaltecs programs have accessory programs such as Tracker, Finder s but at an additional high monthly cost.

The program is, in my opinion, poorly designed in that simple changes to make the charts and graphs as large as possible to aid the trader to read them easily would make all the difference.

Having to switch back and forth between two modes is simply needless and stupid. There is plenty of room to put all the buttons on the bottom of the screen by simply making them smaller and arranging them correctly. The trade window is also designed that way with huge buttons and a small graph but could be great if redesigned. The issue of support is critical to this discussion. Literally speaking there is none if you happen to question them and they get pissed off at you.

I got incorrect answers and Smart Alex responses when I tried to point them out. Of course that led me to get just a little pissed myself. In the end I have been black listed and should not even be in the class as stated by Kacey Plaisance in Aussie Rob's Stocks and Options Training class in Glendale July 30 which I was asked to leave if I was going to continue asking pointed questions about the software and PremiereTrades business practices.

They can't stand the heat is the simple answer. When you ask serious questions that question their integrity they get very very nervous.

Well I wonder if they will get nervous over this post. I have told no lies of any kind. This has been my experience with this company. I have been lied to about all kind of things. From the incorrect answers to questions, the shipping of the DVD's to my most current problem getting my refund from them that took almost 2 months, and more. I recently went to a 4X Made Easy class where the instructor told me more disturbing information about all these companies. Below are the emails verbatim.

Even if used in conjunction with news events etc I don't think it is enough.

I use only 4XME to trade the forex market. So do many successful people I know.

I find that it is enough. I just don't get hung up on what it CAN'T do and I focus instead on what it CAN do. It works for me. And for Ginger besdie Willie. Of course, it also doesn't work for lots of people; but I find that is because they don't take the time to learn it.

Good to see you again. PremiereTrade does have some great classes, instructors, and smart people working for them, but if I am right I don't know why they do. I hope they are not part of the scam but it appears to me they are. Like I said in my post about Globaltec, try the programs, if for no other reason than to get the free training, but don't keep any of them. Write them a check and then stop payment on it so you don't have a problem getting a timely refund.

Learn how to trade using charts that are available free. In the end I have found companies that operate out of Florida, Utah, Nevada, and a couple of others, are scams when they come to promote their programs in California. I tried to get in the prepaid phone card business with a company out of Florida. These are mostly bait and switch or out and out lies. The only one I found to be completely honest, at least initially, is Russ Whitney who promotes Teach Me To Trade and Star Trader.

They said they know that more than enough people will sign up for the advanced training they can afford to do it that way. Mine is the only one that goes into detail about the program and it's associated problems. I would like to know how he got my email address, as I don't recognize the name.

I will say that my post has always been factual and the problems I encountered happened just as I said they did. It is great we all have a place to post information-warning people about bad companies and products. The fact is the program acts exactly like I said it does and no changes have been forthcoming to correct the problems I specified. I know that because I have use of it through two friends of mine who let me use it.

It is still the cutesy, colorful piece of junk it was before my use was cut off. I have to believe this Jason is somebody who works for Premieretrade. I guess Jason posted what he did trying to somehow protect Premieretrade and that is his right certainly.

He is right I did go warn people, and will do so the next time they come to town also. Actually Jason helps document my case concerning the Premieretrade software whether he realizes it or not.

I am also warning people about Globaltec's 4X Made Easy when they come to town. I went to warn people about Globaltec in Garden Grove, and was assaulted by Mike Stewart, who ripped the sign I had tied to my body away, stealing it. In the process I was able to warn a lot of people to look at the program and I suspect many of them didn't purchase it for that reason. I will be doing so again when they return in May. I will have somebody taking a video this time if I am assaulted again.

I put the program back on my computer and everything worked fine, but I decided it was not for me. It simply sat there from August until January of I did not use it. Major problem was then getting him to answer my questions. He doesn't have time to answer them or he chooses not to. I found it pretty impressive the lengths James went to rectify the situation with one disgruntled customer. Even more impressive was the effort David went to badmouth the company and discourage potential customers. The unfortunate fact is that if David had spent as much effort learning the software and how to trade as he did badmouthing Premiere Trade, he would be on his way to financial independence by now.

I would love, and would take full advantage of the opportunity to paper trade this software for months without any expense out of my pocket. I do believe there are thousands of companies out there that don't stand by their refund policy; however, I don't think Premiere Trade is one of them.

I have not attempted, nor will I, to get a refund on the AI software. But, I have cancelled my subscription to the AI Scanner, without any hassle. At this time I am only interested in trading the Forex market, and I found little use for the scanner when there are less the 20 currency pairs.

However, I wouldn't go a day without it in the stock market. Bob use it day in and day out. Plus, I got a free book out of the deal! I also had some technical problems in the past with the software and turned to customer support for help.

They did a tremendous job identifying the cause and solving the problem, which turned out to be McAfee Security Suite. I could have easily been told to contact McAfee to solve the problem because it was on their end.

But, customer support took the extra 20 minutes to make sure I could fully use my software and was satisfied. I also had a suggestion for improving the software, and that suggestion was implemented within a couple of days of posting it on the forums. How much more can you ask for? Please make up your own mind about stories like these. Even the greatest companies with exceptional products cannot satisfy every customer. Some customers will not be satisfied no matter what a company does. I believe David did not give himself enough of a chance to learn the software and how to trade.

I don't know what his expectations were, but the software works if you know how to use it. There is 10 hours per day of instruction and news regarding the software and the markets, with exceptional instructors.

If you tune in, you can find all the guidance and answers you need. However, no matter how much guidance and instruction you receive, you still have to learn to trade yourself.

No one can do it for you. I would like to publicly thank James Dicks and all the Premiere Trade staff and instructors. Premiere Trade AI is a tremendous product in and of itself, but what makes it exceptional are the persons backing it. All you have to do is put forth the time and effort. What more can you ask for that CAN be provided. If there ever was a get rich quick opportunity not a scheme , this is it. All you have to do is make PIPS a week consistently for a year and you are there; and PIPS can be achieved in a day.

I asked him to explain why he and Scott Nourse are so adamant that stops need to be below support or above resistance and limits need to be below resistance and above support, yet his trainer told me it is not necessarily true. I had since gotten 3 or 4 other opinions from different people but with no success. So I asked the? I asked James to verify if the strategies he published on PremiereFX were still valid because they referred so much to the 4X Made Easy program, which I haven't any luck with following, and which is similar to what the Globaltec people teach about it.

Most of those were developed before PremiereTradeAI came on the market, and while James was still associated with Globaltec and 4X Made Easy. The reason I asked was because when I couldn't find trades that met my? His response back to me was? He gave me a whole different strategy to try which was meaningless without the information I needed.

I asked James if he could explain to me how 4X Made Easy calculates stops and limits using it's? In fact in the most recent class I took on it, February 24th. That, because their workbook and tutorial don't even match the software. I don't believe it sets stops below support even and that has to be why my trades fail overall using it.

Then on Sunday March 12th. This part to the software is the most frustrating and confusing of all its features. When this happened it made managing trades virtually impossible. The problem is they were still there 10 days later and anybody trying to use this part to the program must be pulling any remaining hair they might have, out.

This is inexcusable and insane. So in the end analysis of all this I have to say something else related. James has told me he would answer my questions and has not. He wouldn't even let his people answer a basic question I needed if I called in by phone.

They had been told to tell me I had to contact James even to find out who the instructor was going to be for the class in Tampa on March 9th. How insane is that? James proved his integrity of which I now say he has none. He has produced a cutesy, colorful, cumbersome to use software program with very limited charts, a? All of them have charts far superior to AI's and any user who has the software for that feature alone is simply pouring good money down a rat hole.

Often times the charts will lose the studies information and you have to rebuild them to use them. That can be frustrating but it happens. Will they fix it?

My recommendation is to take advantage of any free training you can get through Premieretrade by letting them use your money for the time period needed to look at the software but DO NOT KEEP IT. Make sure you follow the return process exactly and document everything with names and times so they can't say you didn't do it correctly. THEN GET YOUR REFUND!! Remember you can't resell the software to another user if you can't make it work. The box isn't even heavy enough to make a good door stop.

Without mentioning any names I will tell you of the user I mentioned above who uses the program for its charts only his words and nothing more?

However he is now promoting Premieretrade and I do wonder why. Perhaps it's just me and I am too stupid to make the program work but I am going back to square one and learn how to plot lines on charts as I should have done in the first place. I wish I had known what Scott Nourse was really saying the first time I got his class about Forex Trading.

He went through the basics of what Forex is and then went to talking about chart features, bottoms, double bottoms, triple bottoms, head fakes, pennants and other stuff that went so far over my head I was lost. It has taken me a year and a half of struggling with trying to learn to trade with these?

There are no short cuts - no Holy Grail, if you will. Nothing beats plain old hard work. We have tools to make that much easier today, so spend your money on a good reliable computer but not some? This is to inform you about the company that will be presenting you a program today to do investing. PremiereTrade is a company that promotes software relating to trading in the market. The program includes Stocks, Options, Mutual Funds and Forex. They claim the software to be able to accurately predict the trend, and correct marketing conditions that must exist, to have a successful trade.

If you take it to try it, get in and use the paper-trading feature as much as possible between now and the time you go to the one-day training. Get as familiar as you can with the program features. You will find a lot of things that are difficult to understand. You will find it difficult to use because of its very design, which is cutesy and colorful, but is not user friendly at all. It is designed in such a way that it is cumbersome to use.

It has some good features but the bad far outweigh the good. The charts only have 10 studies you can add while most any brokers platform has nearly a hundred. The company will not answer your questions adequately or in a timely manner from my experience.

Then find some users in the Yahoo User groups and ask them tons of questions. My advice to you is, look at it, maybe even try it, but before you go to the one-day training look at the following websites.

If after all this you still think it is good, or even good enough, then go for it. If you take the DVD's home after the one day training YOU'VE BOUGHT IT and will be very lucky if you could get a refund.

You can't resell it to another user! While you can, if you remain the owner of record, that makes it difficult for them to get adequate support or to attend the free training classes. Two or more people can use it, but only one can be on at any one time, but that can reduce the cost if you have a trading partner, which is encouraged because you can share ideas. While I did have the problems I posted about, James Dicks has bent over backwards to help me since then. After I posted the above post, I received a personal phone call from James wanting to know what he could do to help me.

Then in January of I decided to give it another try. Since last August Premieretrade had come out with a scanner program that searches both the stock market and currency market. It finds stocks and currencies with user-identified criteria within the limits of its capacity. The scanner works as well as any I have seen with any of the other programs I looked at in the process of learning about trading.

I don't know much about these searches yet, but from what I hear it is probably the best search tool available. The point being James gave that to me to use free also. It is free for a month for any new user. The free use won't last forever and I would not expect it to, but the basic understanding with James is he wants me to use it until I can make money with it. He never required me to commit to buying it even then. If I am successful I will probably buy it, but even if I don't I will testify to James' integrity and the quality of the program.

That is one generous offer he has done for one customer, myself. Something else James did, that I never heard about until January, was his offer during Hurricane Katrina. What other company in the industry have you heard of that did something remotely similar? Maybe there were, and if so that is great, but that should demonstrate James' integrity.

I believe James when he says his company no longer has any connection with Dynetech. Whatever that relationship was it is no longer. Yes his book did have the mistake on page 65 but I have been told that has been changed in the new edition. I have two copies of the original. One with James' signature, which he gave me when he gave me everything he did. I am thinking about selling the one on eBay, but keeping the personalized one for my future use. I think that James is indeed committed to the success of the people that use his software.

If they will take the time to learn what they need to learn he and his staff will do what it takes to make you successful. This is not a simple thing to learn indeed it is very complex. I am somewhat impatient and want to be able to do it now. One big thing I have learned in my pursuit of learning about trading is don't trade real money until you know what you are doing. Paper trade, paper trade, paper trade.

Do make that as close as possible to the way you plan to do it when you do go live. I won't put a dime on any trade until I prove it to myself I can do it successfully paper trading.

As for the software it continues to improve with every update. There are things I hope they make more changes to, to make it easier to use. But it does work well if not exactly the way I would prefer. It now has "break away" screens so you can use it nicely on multiple monitors. This feature is so very useful. As a result of my posting and interchange with James he discovered that Aussie Rob was not doing what was right and severed the ties with him. Of course since then Aussie Rob has come out with his own investing software.

Premieretrade has training on line starting at 8: It includes both Audio and Video using "Go To Meeting" software that works great. All of the instructors are great. Bob is a crack up, well worth listening to for the humor alone, let alone his great teaching ability. I am impressed with the quality of all the instructors. They care about the people learning. You can interact with them via a Chat window and they respond to your questions.

In this post I want to apologize to Scott Nourse for misspelling his name. Scott is a great guy. He taught two of the free classes I got from Premieretrade before I ever purchased anything. I want to publicly thank James for all he has done for me.
